Cancellation policy

Up to 7 days from Event - an alternative Event Date and Time, but no refund will be given. Between 7 days and 48 hours from your Event – an alternative Event Date and Time will be offered at Our discretion with an administration fee of £15.00 to be paid, but no refund will be given. Less than 48 hours from your Event – an alternative Event Date and Time will be offered at Our discretion with an administration fee of £25.00 to be paid, but no refund will be given.

Age range

12+. Accompanying adults may use their discretion if a child would like to participate with the fun however some rooms feature darkness and/or loud noises. Any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a person(s) aged 18+
